If you would like to bid in an upcoming auction, you begin by establishing an account with us. How you register depends on how you plan to bid. There are four ways to bid:

 

In Person: Come to our Auction House where all items are available to inspect and take pictures. You have three days before the auction to preview. Then on the day of the auction, show up by 10:00 am when the auction begins, Register, and get a numbered paddle to bid with. We do require proper ID (Passport, Drivers License, or government ID).

 

Online: We use two platforms for our auction: (1) Live Auctioneers and (2) Invaluable. When you register with a platform, you will get a call from us to complete your registration.

 

By Telephone: When you register with us, let us know you want to bid by phone. Then, let us know what lot numbers you want to bid on. On the day of the auction, you will get a call from us when an item is coming up for bid and we will stay on the line with you as the lot you are interested in goes through bidding.

 

By Absentee Bid: After registering with us, if you have one or more lots you want to bid on, you fill out a form letting us know the lot number(s) as well as the highest bid on each you are will to place.

 

Note: If you have no bidding history with us, a deposit will be required which anc be handled by wire transfer or credit card. For items over $10,000, a higher deposit may be required. Deposits are at the discretion of the Auction House.

 

All auction begin promptly at 10:00 am.
